Paint bc good quality paint is so expensive !! I’d kill to have unlimited high quality water colors, oil paints, etc. Whereas with pencils they’re relatively cheap and easier to find I feel like. Unless it includes colored pencils, then my opinion might be slightly altered… though probably not since I don’t use them nearly as much as I use paint
