Am I the only one or were user variables removed or glitched? I can’t find them anymore. If so, how do I use them now or what happened? (I might be the only one experiencing this I’m not sure)

Did your subscription, by any chance, expire? If not, then check to ensure advanced mode did not get turned off accidentally by tapping the gear icon.
If all else fails, log out and log back in again.
If even that fails, then delete Hopscotch and reinstall.
