Yep, and you meant for it to repeat until a conditional is true, right? Cause that’s definitely what it seems like.
I like that, there just needs to be a slot like normal repeat blockx
I’ve used this in Scratch a few times, it would be really useful if it was on Hopscotch as well.
Ahaha. Everyone makes mistakes so often. @Ana, how do you think about this
@leaders merge the existing topic with the one Nobody mentioned in the last post? Or perhaps clive?
Wow noice :)
I think theres already a way to do that
When (var) = (num):
Set var = (any num rather than something)
But i think the wait until block is much much better
Here are some examples of Hopscotch code that could be improved if we had this: A lot of loading screens could be perfected, because it would tell when to stop loading, this would be especially helpful if you had a loading bar included.
ton topics like this, but nice idea
Yes which means we really need it lol
Ive seen one:
var = "This is a variable."
i = 0
while var == "This is a variable":
i += 1
if i > 11:
Nice idea but maybe sbyp :)) there are already a lot of topics about this
I do not think this is a good topic to merge suggestions to, since the topic itself is not a suggestion?
I checked to see if there were. It doesn’t look like I found them! I’m glad more people have thought of this.
One workaround would be
When var x ≠ 1
Set invisibility to 0
When var x = 1
Set invisibility to 100
I think there should be a repeat until block.
It would repeat until a variable or such equals something else. You could also use these things < > and such
- Good idea
- Bad idea
Good idea, but this has been suggested before — maybe search before you post next time.
