I use an index list, and safe tile/newly generated mine indexes are replaced with xxx so it knows to not generate there

This looks like a bug. Was tested twice to prove it was not a fluke.
It seems to only happen when you have a HS link saved to your clipboard.
This also happens on newly made drafts.

The highlighter will make more sense in the full game. You’ll be able to select via the d-pad on your controller, and confirm by pressing A / X. And since the number of buttons is determined by the floor of ((its height + 7.5) over 90), it’s easy to set up.
