Next you go to your profile like so,

Next you go to preferences like this

See flair? ^^^ scroll down

Next just click save changes at the bottom like so

Continuing on with this tutorial, you must be part of a tag group that has its own group icon for the flair option to appear in your account preferences.

Ok, that part was mentioned in the first image. Just ensure that the group has an icon.
