Tutorial: How to put variables in colour slots, and what you can use that for.
I’ve seen some people don’t know how to do this, so here:
Get a Wait block and put a variable in it.
Get a Set Colour block, or any other block with a colour slot.
Drag the variable from the Wait block into the colour block.
You now have a variable in a colour block!
Some things you can use this for:
Making art pads with a cycling colour selection thingy.
Selecting colours through numbers.
The first colour (Dark Purple) has the value of 0.
The second colour (Bright Purple) has the value of 1.
The third colour has the value of 2.
Also, the new(ish) brown colours don’t work with numbers. It cycles back to the beginning instead of showing the brown/peach. More on this in this topic.
