Thumbnail for publishing projects isn’t working

Thumbnail when publishing projects only show a blank color i’m using ios 15.3.1

Steps to reproduce the problem every time:
(Start in a blank draft if possible)

  1. make a project with any sort of character
    2.Then publish

**I expected that the thumbnail would show the characters in that sense

**but it only showed a single background color

This is a very weird bug!
Might I suggest, that you try updating your iOS? It may be a problem relating to that.

Could you please show us the HS version you’re on? It’s to let THT know whether or not this is an issue on the current version.

yeahhh this bug is so inconsistent and annoying, some objects simply disappear as soon as i tap the publish button and reappear if i go back ._.

This looks like something that would happen when a project uses up too much system memory, but that definitely doesn’t make sense for a project with only a couple of objects
