Just by interestโฆ are you editing and programming the Shortcut using the app drag-and-drop editor or something like https://scpl.dev/?
I assume itยดs the app because of your ability to push out updates and code so many things in a short amount of time.
A text editor like that would be great and would not really delay anything, but I do use the app.
Once you have learned this unofficial programming/scripting language. And you have to write everything, not just drag out blocks 
Selecting one magic variable literally takes 3 minutes sometimes
I imagine it would not take that long to learn. Similar to something like python maybe but I already know all the actions
Yeah. And 3 minutes? Poor design/layout of the app or just many possible combinations?
I donยดt use Shortcuts too often and when I do, I use it on my iPhone. Itยดs a great app and I think the design is pretty simple, straightforward and clever. But you probably have a more experienced opinion on this 
I have 1400 actions and the app literally shifts every block to select magic variables. If I just launched the app, it takes about 10-20 seconds, but if itโs been there for a while, it takes up to 3 minutes.
I can usually avoid magic variables, however. So itโs not that bad

(Also, Shortcuts is designed to have the previous actionโs magic variable as the first option, but having 1400 actions breaks that. Sometimes I can copy and paste the variable using a text, but mostly not)
I would totally script in shortcuts more, but idk what to do with it lol
JavaScript and JSON are two things that Shortcuts is good with
Ya, I donโt really have a use for either, unless I can do something with Minecraft
You can make a Shortcut to create a resource and behavior pack. Would take a lot of work, but it could make resource and behavior packs easier to make

You can use it to load images to folders, set the terrain texture (how each block is shown), etc. etc.

Yeah, Iโve done that. With the shortcuts I made, you can make functions, add new items, new blocks, and more.
