Do legs count? Because it would be weird to have no legs with feet and also, do soccer boots count

anything below the knee will not have severe penalty, but you might have a point or two taken off in that category (as it reduces the challenge)
ankle level and below wouldnt have a penalty since its basically the foot
soccer boots and other foot accessories are fine since the foot wears them
