A feature I’d like to see in Hopscotch is:
the ability to have a left handed mode in the editor, essentially swapping the drag and close buttons.
I’d use it for this type of project:
I’m left handed and scroll with my right, and I end up accidentally deleting code from scrolling up and grabbing a block by accident.
Here are some examples of Hopscotch code that could be improved if we had this:
None, this is an editor suggestion
Here is an example design I’ve made:
Swapped drag and open/close buttons.
Alternatively, all blocks are switched to the opposite side
I’ve seen something similar in another programming languages, it looks like this:
I have not, most languages I’ve seen are text based or use a mouse, so this is pretty exclusive to hopscotch
Any thoughts on this?
- I like the idea
- Idea needs improvement
- Not needed
- No opinion/accidental vote
- I would use this
- I would not use this
