Subscription problem

What kind of device are you using?: iPad 2? iOS 9.3.5

1 sentence description of the problem (I was doing _________, and then __________ happened): I was trying to change my profile pic and it said I had the subscription on another account.

Steps to make the problem happen:

  1. Go onto my account
  2. Try and change the profile picture
    ….

I expected this to happen:
I would let me

But instead this happened:
I said I had the subscription on a different account, and I don’t.

You can only have a subscription on one account at a time, I'm pretty sure.

It's a family device, but I'm usually the only one who uses it, because we have two.

Could you open the Settings app and tap on iTunes & App Store, and let me know if you see the correct Apple ID there?

It has the correct Apple ID.

OK there's a couple things you can try to fix this. One is to log out and log in again, another is to restart the app. Let me know if you are still stuck!
