Sideways Scrollable Container Blocks (QoL)

After some thinking, I decided to make a feature request for this (to make it easier to keep track of)

A feature I’d like to see in Hopscotch is: The ability to scroll containers sideways

I’d use it for this type of project:

any project that uses nested block containers (usually all of them for me)

Here are some examples of Hopscotch code that could be improved if we had this:

  • editing code inside nested containers would be much more easy and convenient
  • unrelated to code, but reduced chance of visual glitch occurring due to overlapping containers, as seen here below:

I’ve seen something similar in another programming languages, it looks like this:

N/A, most other programs uses a different type of block, mainly similar to that of Scratch.

In cases where the container is collapsed, it would minimize like event operators do (so dragging them in and out is still somewhat easy).

yes or even a switch statement, which would require less scrolling
