Realistic Rotation for Falling Object?

Self-explanatory title here. Wondering how to make a falling object have a realistic rotation, given the implication is that it was tossed from the top of screen with a bit of spin.

Well, it depends on the initial velocity of the object, along with the initial rate of rotation of that object. Not sure you you would be able to pull that off though… yet.
