When I click that link it tells me that either the page doesn’t exist, or it is private. Is there a way I can access it?

The reason you cannot access the link is because you haven’t reached a certain trust level yet. You can level up your trust level by being active in the forum and visiting it often.
I recommend that you check this topic out so that the forum community will get to know you better.

The link is in a category you can’t access until you reach the basic trust level. Here’s a link to a post that has a list of the basic requirements.
