Has what happened before? If you are talking about the daily post limit then there is a daily post limit for new users and when you reach basic you no longer have that limit

You can talk yet, but just post with what you’d like the topic to be about and I or another lead will move it to a new topic for you.
Once you get to Member, you’ll see an “ask a question” button in the top left ad you can use that to create a new topic.
