First you go to the first page of the forum (with the categories and all that) that you tap “Ask a question” then you write the topic.

That’s ok! As you’re still basic, you aren’t able to create topics yet. Once you’re a member, you’ll be able to. However, you can also make a post with what you want for the topic, and tag a leader and they can create it for you. This help?
