Whenever I try to log into my account, this comes up! I am connected to the internet, though. Is there a problem with my iPad or is this a bug? I’m really confused. Can someone please help?

Smoltatopai try these: closing the app, turning off device and turning on again, reset wifi, give Hopscotch a break (30 minutes, an hour?)
The same thing happens to me!
So can you tell me what device your using and what IOS version your on if so that would be really helpful!

Did you enter the app without Wi-Fi/3G/etc and just turned it on after entering the app?
I believe I'm using an iPad Air 2.
