Probably because the design is still unfinished…

because that’s how draft-y this design is – there will be a drag handle, but we’re actually thinking about using something like , which you see in apps like Notion because dragging might not just be vertically (depends on placement of things like the trash can amongst “other things”[1])

Whoops, I didn’t see this topic until now!

While I only had time to pop in shortly, I’m still glad I got to say hi. The livestream was great! I’m excited for the next one!

Also, in case anyone missed it, I left some feedback about the UX/UI redesign on this topic here:

This question is only truly answered after beta testing the new UI and gathering feedback. It’s important to look at design at an objective standpoint, but also, all designers are biased in their own way, and everyone has different opinions and workflows; it’s important to test major changes like this thoroughly in any redesign.

I do really like where you guys are going with this though! The new ideas are definitely going in an interesting direction I wouldn’t’ve thought of. It’s good to spice it up if it works, just need to land on something most people will be happier with. :D

This, plus various nesting formatting stuff looking confusing like parameter nests, and really long Check-If-Else nests. Otherwise, the editor has only been getting better! (Of course, not including the bugs)

If only there was a way to prevent code from overlapping in the first place… it would made a lot of code much more readable…

You can just make the bars to the side thinner and thinner as they go further down

Code readability was what I was referring to when I mentioned adding a new switch loop:

Multi-line parameters would be good, maybe like a word-wrap type thing.

It’ll probably take a while to do any changes to the iOS editor, even if we wanted. So the answer is : yes, iOS while stay the same for a while.
