I’m not as familiar with the subscription details, but I think it might be easier if you could email help@gethopscotch.com for sensitive subscription details.
(I know it might seem like it’s straightforward to reply here, haha. But going through a lot of information each day, it’s easy to forget what was previously said in another part of the forum.
I did see that Yuanyuan had responded to another post on this. It will probably be easier for Yuanyuan to get back to you on this through email where everything is private and kept in a single chain, rather than in edit history or split across multiple posts.)
