For example, I make a shop and two people who play against each other of like a game of tic tac toe, they both pool some of their coins for like a total of 40 coins and who ever wins gets the 40 coins (iirc it’s called gambling). BUT the coins are a currency (not real money or seeds etc)

Technically, gambling is when you play games of chance (aka luck) for currency (usually not winning 99.99% of the time). That’s what makes gambling not allowed.

If both players are extremely good at Tic-Tac-Toe, the chances of one winning are very slim (they’re more likely to get a Draw every time). It’ll basically be like Impossible Mode. The only time someone will win is if a player messes up…
