So I wanted to feature the Make Someone Smile topic in my profile but when I searched on it it just showed some random topics…
(I also searched for the exact topic name, but it still didn’t show.)

I believe your not allowed to feature community topics.

It makes sense to me because people new to the forum can’t access community topics, but they can access user info, so if user info has a community post inside of it, they would be able to access it, and the forum doesn’t want new users to access community topics.

Even if they could go to the link via the user card, (if the user isn’t logged in), it would throw an error saying “This page does not exist or is private”.
Also, those with TL0 (aka new user) can access community. So all it requires is for them to have an account.

Probably because of the way forum games are made.
IIrc you aren’t just supposed to make them whenever you want, which is a little unfortunate but it’s the way things are to keep the forum productive.
(Not directed towards anyone specifically, btw.)
