i think it is possible, yeah. emailing them there or yuanyuan directly (i think she fixed it last time this came up) at yuanyuan@gethopscotch.com would be the best bet

hello all!
because there’s been a bit of confusion lately, we decided to look over the yctayhch and make a few changes. it now goes by a new name (“you can talk about hopscotch here”) and has a revamped op. however, the purpose and usage of the topic is still the same, and this is further clarified in the new op
Welcome to the You Can Talk About Hopscotch Here topic!
This is for anything and everything Hopscotch and Forum related that might not have a home elsewhere. You can talk about:
your hopscotch coding
forum tips and tricks
general hopscotch queries
coding theories
and more! just be sure to keep it relevant
Stuff that’s okay to post, as detailed by Ana:
Ana:
Discuss anything and everything Hopscotch, forum and code-related that isn’t covered by other categories. Collaborate on ideas and meet new friends through coding together.
For help with code, debugging your projects or other Hopscotch related bugs, suggestions, or app-specific questions, please use the category view of the forum to find the appropriate area for your question. Search to see if your problem exists and has been solved already. If not, create a new topic to start the discussion.
Rules and Reminders
If I see someone off-topic
I would flag the post and let the leaders deal with it, instead of going into a chat about whether something is off-topic or not. This will make both of your contents “off-topic”. You will get community warnings because of this, so watch out!
If I’m not sure something is off-topic or not
Chances are, I will think, does what I say help me or someone else better understand Hopscotch or use Hopscotch? If not, it’s off-topic! If you’re not sure, hold it because usually it is.
Does this mean I cannot make jokes?
Jokes are tricky, so I’d say stay away unless you really know what you’re talking about. What you consider funny might not be funny for someone else, especially online. Even if it’s not your intention, you might hurt someone’s feeling. You will also receive warnings for making inappropriate jokes
"Man, this is boring, I can’t do anything."
There’s a lot of things you can talk about in Hopscotch! Maybe the forum is not the most ideal social platform for you, and you’re not forced to stay. What we want to remind everyone is to respect the purpose and expectations of this space. Ultimately, we created this space for people to discuss coding and learn.
"Off-topic is a small thing, no one would care about it."
That is not true! If you do it enough times, you will get warnings, silencings, even suspensions on your account. However, before taking those measures, Leaders will introduce a “Slowmode” on the topic, meaning that you can only post once every few minutes. This is to facilitate more productive discussions, and to avoid topic closure. This will happen when the discussions get extremely off-topic or guidelines start being broken, so be mindful when you see one!
What else should I beware of?
Have you ever noticed that we don’t allow people to post less than a certain characters? Usually shorter responses are un-productive and will lead to more unproductive and off-topic chats. One secret for staying away from being off-topic is to consolidate your ideas into one post, and not post like you’re texting someone.
If you have more questions, email us at hello@gethopscotch.com or contact the Leadership Team in the Leaders Q and A Topic
hope this clears up any questions people had!

i have a feeling the op is written by tb or i might be wrong

nope lol, i wrote it. i just stole his formatting because i can
also like he has the right idea with the emojis – they work so well in headers
and for reference if it helps, the welcome team are really only involved in all things new-user related and some community-centric engagement initiatives like camp courtesy
when it comes to big/official charges, that’s handled only by us (leaders) and they find out at the same time as the rest of you

thank you, my padawan
i love how you’ve got the whole formatting thing down better than me while being here for like… two minutes

Sorry, you can’t really do stuff like that, unless you request a group here !

dragon explained this but i can only add flairs for existing groups – if you have a group, i can make that the flair or you can request one yo be created with that picture.
