We have a moderator separate to the team for reviewing images - I think usually images have still been reviewed in the past, though it might be delayed a bit. I’ll have to check.
i aint trying to be bossy or anything but personally i wouldn’t change your name to something seasonal bc i think you can only change your name once a year but i might be wrong though.

Why do new accounts now have to buy the sub to make games? They start with 5 seeds, but then have to pay just to learn to code their own games.
We’re trialling different ways to help new users to get started with the app. Previously it was just always the subscription page that people would run into. But now people can also choose to play games or watch video tutorials.
New users with an account can watch video tutorials to help them learn to code. But some other features are now included under the subscription for them.
Old users will still have their previous abilities & nothing changes for them.
Will people without hopscotch pro be able to make stuff cost seeds in there project in the future?
Hopscotch pro doesn’t have that feature- that’s seed developers, who are selected in a program. HotBot will tell you more about your question below.

The ‘Request Seeds’ block allows a creator to add seed purchases in their projects, which requires players to pay seeds before they can access certain features.
The Seed Developer Program was a course run by the Hopscotch Team, to help Hopscotchers develop projects using the Request Seeds block. There are no future seed developer programs planned at the moment.
The Hopscotch Team is considering options to allow more people to have the Request Seeds block, so stay tuned!

Hey leaders uh I’m confused I know this is pretty unimportant (as if I don’t already have it 3 (and 15) times) but although my beta testing topic has 10 likes, the nice topic badge hasn’t been granted for that topic (along with my 11 like post in the dht). Are these (category and topic) purposefully made to not give the badges, or is it a bug? I’m just saying this, since it could potentially happen to others.
There are no restrictions like this as far as I know. When did you get 10+ likes on these? Sometimes it can take a day or two for badge handouts to process.
You can’t get nice topic/reply badges in categories that have a padlock next to them (since you have to either log in or have a certain trust level to see them)
