they will when they get a chance. we only have a handful of mods and everyone is incredibly incredibly busy so sometimes it can take a while but you’ll never have to wait more than a day
we do try to get to things as soon as possible --well within our designated response time-- however we are all also real people and have our own real lives. sometimes things have to wait and yallre going to need to be patient about it and thats just that. súcks but thats what it is; mutual respect

Hey, the reason that word puts the post in pending is because discussion about it can go downhill very quickly. Since people have different beliefs (and we respect that), the pending filter is there to make sure that when it is mentioned, no one is attacking someone else’s beliefs or defaming a certain opinion in their post.
For additional context, we do need to discuss your topic a bit for the reasons I mentioned above. Hopefully that helps to clarify!

You bring up some good points. While we didn’t create the list of filtered words and they have been in place long before we were moderators, we can hear your feedback and help make changes to improve the system.
We are discussing the points you brought up - and will loop in the hopscotch team to see if these are viable changes. Currently, there is a wait for approval of filtered posts - we’re a small team and are doing our best.
We respect your beliefs and you as an individual, we’re not too different and many of us may even have the same faiths! Many words, that can be used in malicious contexts to attack others beliefs or identities are filtered. Perhaps this is overprotective, and was more relevant at a different time of the forum’s history, and another system could work better - we’re always open to suggestions.
We’re community members just like you - we want this to be a great place for everyone. If there’s something you’re unhappy with, we’ll always do our best to help the situation!

as dragongirl mentioned, tag groups are limited to one group per person in order to reduce the amount of spam here on the forum :))
if you wish to change the name of your tag group, however, you can do so in this topic.
