Okay. So with the iPad I'm playing on, hopscotch is soooooooo slowwwww and very laggy. I don't think that's it's the app I think it's my iPad can't handle it or something but can I downgrade?

I believe you can still do it, even with your Windows 10 computer. However, you will need the old version of Hopscotch in your iTunes library.
