I’m sure it’s indeed just a coincidence. Applicants were evaluated based off of how well they would be able to fulfill the responsibilities of the role, and gender has absolutely nothing to do with that. Interesting observation though!

yes, that’s entirely coincidental. its just how it happened to work out because we evaluated applicants based on applications only, gender had nothing to do with it at all
