I can't log in!

I was logging in but there was an error!

Steps to make the problem happen:
1. Press "I already have a profile"
2. Put in username and password

I expected this to happen: I would just be able to log in.

But instead this happened: It said there was an error!

You should check your internet connection, like Food Delivery said.
If other people can log in, there's nothing wrong with the Hopscotch server, it's probably something with your iPad.
If it continues, then you should definitely email THT.


I actually restarted my iPad. I deleted it then reinstalled. My Wifi is connected!



Did it work when you restarted?


Have you updated to the latest version of Hopscotch (released last night)?


It is a Wi-Fi or server issue. Possible explanations:
1. Server is down. Try again later.
2. Your Wi-Fi is down (probably not it if you can log onto the forum).
3. Your parents did not want you using the app and blocked you from using it on their Wi-Fi network. (They blocked HS but not Chrome if that is the case)
4. I dunno


I don't really know,but I will try to help him/her out
