Have you ever seen the clips (aka .gifs or gifs) in the Hopscotch Team’s posts and you don’t know how to do them? And you’re acting like this while you’re trying to figure it out?
Then look no further. For I will tell you how to make these magical gifs. First, go to a website that has a gif. Photobucket is a good place because you can copy the HTML code directly from the website.
If you don’t have the convenient thing to copy the code, just hold down on the gif for a few seconds. Tap “Copy” when it pops up. You can paste it into Safari or something to make sure it is actually a gif and not a link or something (a gif ends in .gif).
Next go into your post. You will need to type the code. It’s annoying, but you wanted gifs…
It is the same code for images, only using the gif for the image source.The code looks similar to this:
<img src="paste_the_thing_you_copied_here.gif" height="#" width="#">
And you have a gif (hopefully)! Pat yourself on the back! Have fun, but use it responsibly!
