Great topic!
I like how you mentioned emailing, and the fact that they barely reply. I am not sure if they are busy, however I did email them last week and still have not received a reply. But I think there is an explained reason for this.

They do reply - provided they see it. Yours may have been buried under others’. Liza says to reemail if you dont get a reply within a few days :smiley:
