It takes very long to load a thumbnail, I made a better thumbnail for my game but it won’t load.

It’ll change eventually, idk why it does that but it does update the thumbnail after a while

When you change a thumbnail, it can take a few days (or even weeks) to properly update.

The app will store the old thumbnail for some time, but the web explorer shows the updated one right away last I checked

This is definitely something we should fix for the app. The thumbnail does update, but doesn’t appear correctly on your own device for a while.

Well my updated thumbnail appeared on the web explorer, but for some reason it’s not appearing in hopscotch app.
