Hopscotch subscription seed glitch

I bought the Monthly hopscotch subscription and its never given me any seeds. I think I emailed hopscotch about it a few months ago and we couldn’t find a solution. I wanted to post here in case other people also had this issue. I am not upset about it, since I purchased the subscription for other reasons, but I am paying for seeds as a feature so it would be nice if I got some too!
Steps that the Hopscotch team can take to reproduce my problem every time:

I don’t know a way you could get this glitch, but you could probably check my account for proof
I expected this to happen:
get seeds
But instead this happened:
I did not get seeds

First of all, just quit Hopscotch and re-open it (close it from the app switcher). It most likely just needs to refresh.

I had a similar problem at first. But once I closed the app and re-opened it, all of a sudden the seeds were there.

If you tap on your seed balance it should refresh!

You could also restart Hopscotch
