Hopscotch Interviews ✍🏽

Hello.

I will be interviewing people on how they got to a path of success.

Question Set 1 (do not answer these until I ask you)
How did you start out?
Was it hard, anyhow?
If there was something you could change about yourself when you started, what would it be?
Would you give yourself advice when you started?
What kept you motivated to keep coding?
Why did you start in the first place?
Rate the improvement that you made from start to now.
Was it hard to keep going?
What is your favorite type of project?
What do you like to make?
On average, how often do you post, and how many likes does each project usually get?
Question Set 2 (do not answer these until I ask you)
What is your advice to new users?
Do you try to teach new users stuff, or do you let them find their path?
Do you like to teach or do you like to learn?
If you lost your account today, and you had to make a new one, would you do it?
What do you search for in projects?
Do you accept criticism?
Question Set 3 (answer these in your post below)
What do you consider a *good* project?
Are there any Hopscotcher’s that you look up to?
Why do you want to be interviewed?
What are your main goal’s that you want to achieve while coding?
What is your favorite project?
If you suddenly lost your account, and you had to restart, would you do it?

This is kinda cool but remember to keep it coding related

Clarification: Everyone who voted gets an interview. All of your interviews will go into hopscotch as one big project. That’s why this topic is in #meta-hopscotch.

What do you consider a *good* project?

Ok that really depends, for me it’s all in the graphics. If a project has good graphics it’s already good for me. Then there’s also the game concept, and if you have good graphics and a good game concept, it’s a good project

Are there any Hopscotcher’s that you look up to?

Yeah tons! Creations of a Noob, MagmaPop, Valgo, FoodDelivery, ExplodingDucks, Nobody the user, Tankt, Gwe, CM Studios, FearlessPhoenix, and a lot more..

Why do you want to be interviewed?

Idk do I really need a reason? I’m bored I guess and I want to answer questions

What are your main goal’s that you want to achieve while coding?

I just try to make something that people can say “wow” to when they play it.

What is your favorite project?

COAN’s 3D engine. It was super cool and advanced for its time when it was release a year and a half ago, and it still is, that’s what really amazes me, it’s that it’s still one of the only ones after so long

If you suddenly lost your account, and you had to restart, would you do it?

Uhh, yeah duh! Dude Hopscotch is basically 50% of my life. I can’t live without it
