I accidentally logged myself out of my account, but I forgot both my password and the email I use in hopscotch. What do I do?

can you access outlook, gmail or global mail?

(i have tagged them internally lol, but jsyk they wont see it before tomorrow or the day after tomorrow - they dont work on weekends)
