Global Code - Editor Suggestion

A feature I’d like to see in Hopscotch is: Global Code

I’d use it for this type of project: Redeem Codes That Work Once. It changes the global code to decline the code when it’s been redeemed

Here are some examples of Hopscotch code that could be improved if we had this: better codes system

Here is an example design I’ve made: Set Global Variable1

I’ve seen something similar in another programming languages, it looks like this: roblox

This could be in beta editor

You can do that with user vars

When Game Starts {
Increase (uservarLogin) by (1)
}
When (uservarRedeemCode) = (“Redeem This!”) {
 Check Once If (uservarRedeemedChecker) = (0) {
  Broadcast Message named (code redeemed)
  Set (RedeemedChecker) to (1)
 }
}

Login var is unneeded but helpful for giving gifts every so many login times

@jay example:

Tap the main text to input “Redeem Code!” In the input field

When a player redeems a code no one can redeem the code

Ah, like only one player can redeem the code and it disables it for all other players?
