  • You can now import a RWAB level at a size up to 640 units in length (or its max length… whichever is shorter)

  • Tweaked the behavior when resizing the level in the editor. No more scrolling just to resize it again.

  • Entities and Effects will now spawn correctly at positions higher than 156 tiles in the y direction.

Beta 61j

  • Fixed a bug where you couldn’t walk if you landed on Tempered Glass, Dotted Line Blocks, or T-Blocks at the start of the level. Special Thanks to @RoadOcean for discovering this bug.

Old demo alert.

Now that I can make much bigger levels, I might make a new demo level.

Be sure to make a recording of the current demo so you can look back and admire it for all of eternity…

Surprise! WWC got a new demo level, which now includes 6 star fragments for you to find.

Also fixed a couple of bugs…

Known issue: dotted line blocks, and t-blocks may go transparent after a while. I will need to redo the image once I’m able. I haven’t been able to find the root cause, and it’s not due to the set invisibility block as their invisibilities still show as 0%.

Beta 62c

  • Fixed a hilarious glitch where enemies would visually and occasionally jitter while standing or walking on the ground. This should no longer happen. The player jittering while on the crate, however, that I cannot fix without reverting a change that allowed more responsive controls.

Beta 62d

  • Collectible collisions are now handled by the player since collectibles (coins, space gems, keys, and star fragments) don’t move from their original position (other than animation offsets, which do not alter the center of collision)
    • this improved the performance slightly
  • HUD now updates quicker
