  • Added static and moving obstacles to this one. The only thing missing is the direction indicator for the moving obstacle(s).

Updated this project to v0.7

  • Moving obstacles have been canceled due to difficulties with getting thing to work correctly
  • Added Countdown Timer
    • Now when the first timer runs out, the objects will be automatically released. Once the second timer runs out, a failure will occur. Both timers can be adjusted via code.

@Crosbyman64, bug has been found:

So, in this case, the stray circle went in the direction of the green arrow.
There is currently a bug in which, if you make a loop using arrows in this direction, a few of the circles will completely ignore the collision code and run straight into that block while not moving downwards. You can reproduce this bug and test it by releasing the circles, press the speed up button, and then, as some of the circles move upwards, quickly release your tap from the speed up button. Once this has been done, one of the circles that should be going down at this point will run astray and go straight into the block.

It happens whenever the object(s) go slightly out of alignment as they do the checks. Not sure how to fix that yet…

I don’t think I can fix that at all, so I’ll have to (unfortunately) remove the speed-up function…

Updated the project to v0.8

  • Due to a bug with the speed-up function, it has been completely removed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Unless I can find a way to make the objects always correct their positions so they end up perfectly centered on the arrows, even when spam.ming the :fast_forward: button, the speed-up function is never coming back.

Something got corrupted… hmm…

I can tell why it’s occurring…

Also, that right triangle isn’t really needed. They turn that way by default.

Should be fixed now in v0.9

I mean games that either get updated, games that actually have lots of text to translate, etc.

One more note is that it’s unfinished, so it’s not a finished game

ok ok now goodbye hehe

one more thing is that not everything is translated in either language unless it means the same thing in English

(although the advertisement and purchasables aren’t translated but I can’t do that with pixel art)

It’s definitely the first one to be translated through the forum tho. Maybe in the future there will be more multilingual games on Hopscotch that is done through multiple Hopscotchers translating into different languages on the forum.
