A Feature with a Potential Design:

Icon or Grip that I can drag on the bottom of a collapsible (conditional, custom ability, custom game rule).

Why It’s Useful:

Nobody wants to drag so many blocks or rules into an ability or custom rule individually

Look at the image. Dragging the toolbar simply drags the bottom of the collapsible block rather than having to drag each individual block in.
