Hey this is Snoopy. Yeah, my life’s good. I’m not here to talk about that anyway.
So, I got the subscription last year, like around January. I’m pretty sure my dad paid $80 for a year subscription. I haven’t really used HS since then since I’ve been so busy with the loads of homework, flute, piano, etc.
Will the subscription automatically stop in January, or will it just charge me $80 dollars again for another year?

Snoopy! Sad to see you go. The subscription is handled by apple, so you’ll
have to cancel through them. If you do that, your subscription will
continue through the end of the year but end in January.
Like @AwesomeOnion and @Petrichor said, the subscription is controlled and charged by Apple. You have to manually quit it, and you can read more about it in the link that @Petrichor posted.
@Snoopy Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID. Tap Subscriptions. Tap the Hopscotch subscription then use the options that come up to manage your Hopscotch subscription.
