Do you think that Hopscotch is still a coding app or turning into more of a social media platform. This is very important for me to know.

I think that some good coders may have left, but new good ones are coming!

There are too many non- coded projects (RPs, art, etc.) and this is not okay
Non- coded projects are fine, and there are a lot
Non- coded projects are fine, but there aren’t a lot
There are not so many non- coded projects, but they are not okay

First, it’s OBVIOUSLY A CODING APP. IT LETS YOU CODE.

Second, it also lets you share things so it is, by definition, social media.

It seems like no body pays attention to the fact that Hopscotch was fully intended to code projects that you can share and create

there are lots of apps that let you connect with people online

though that dosent technically mean they would be classified as social media

Read the definition. Anything that has a community is social media. Hopscotch is social media, Mario maker is social media, heck, even Minecraft is social media.
