Here are the things he can conjure up for you, and the prices;
1:1 thumbnail (square) = 1 plant 
OR 1 project like 
3:4 thumbnail (rectangle-ish) = 1 plant & 1 project like
custom size thumbnail = 2 plants

NOTE: all my thumbnails are made using an external art program and therefore can only be used if your project has custom images enabled
