I’m making an animation using a lot of images switching to each other, but some of the images started rendering as half and 3/4 of the original image. When I add the image into the editor by adding it from the character menu, it looks fine. But when it runs, it cuts in half.
@CodeHelp any ideas? Or have y’all had experience with this bug
Could u add a link to the project your using? Unless it’s a secret
Ok, I’ll add a link
Does this wor?k
It might not because it had to be reviewed for anything inappropriate
There you go
Can u see the project?
Also, there are currently 10 images it switches to, and frame 6 and 7 are split.
I can see the project
Ok, that’s good
Oof I gtg
I like the animation, and I see the glitch ima check the code and see if I can do anything
Huh I can’t tell what’s wrong because the code for the images is all the same, then again I’m not the best bug detecting person
Ok, I also don’t understand why this happens.
That’s why I tagged code help
There’s actually a similar topic like this:
hmm maybe try making the photo smaller to reduce the file size of the image using an editing software
Do you mean size %?
Even when I add the image that was glitching and made it smaller in the editor by pinching, it still splits in half.
Do you mind providing a link to the project?
(If it is a draft, you can open it here and find the project ID here:)
In a bug report, it helps others to see the code that causes Hopscotch to glitch.
