I just did the whole thing just now in dht had to remove a bunch of animation frames for it to be under 4MB but now it works and kinda really despise it all the drawings were made under 30 mins and dang drawing armless characters is hard gosh this is terrible :[[[

creamie! raclette! you are the final two, and you both designed and executed your obstacle courses with artistic flair! the original plan despite this was for it to be one last passive contest… more on that later.
i’ll be honest, the submissions were both very good, but the way they were submitted may have provided some challenges. i’m sure you’re all aware i’m gonna have to leave the forum for the summer [although, if you don’t, frankly, i should have brought it up more].
the original plan was to have one deciding nonpassive contest after this, eliminating the second-placer and giving the victory to the first-placer. however, i don’t really think i have enough time left in the school year to do another contest. here’s what conditions led me to my final decision for bflotp.
when i started bflotp contest 4, i set the hindrance value to -1 full point per vote, the highest it’s ever been! this was to make the contest spicy and unpredictable, but not risky, as the contest was passive.
about two weeks ago, i got creamie’s submission before hindrance closed, and gave it an 18.52 / 20.00, as it was very good. soon after, hindrance closed, with one vote for creamie and dot, three for casserole, and four for raclette. this lowered creamie’s final score to 17.52 / 20.00, but the other three submissions had yet to arrive even as the original deadline passed.
within twenty-four hours of casserole quitting bflotp and getting 4th place, dot also quit, giving him third place. this brought bflotp down to the final two, and i came to the decision to make another nonpassive contest after this one, so as to decide the whole of bflotp, sure i would have enough time.
after several warnings and just barely coming down to the wire, raclette’s submission came in, and i realized i wouldn’t have enough time left in the school year to host a fifth contest. my last day is thursday, june first.
that said, despite raclette’s submission being very good, they got four hindrance votes [-4 pt], so even a maximum score of 20.00 / 20.00 would still be more than a full point short of what creamie got. i realized this was unfair, and raclette’s animated submission was beyond impressive, despite being several weeks late.
a random thought came to me: "y’know what we haven’t seen enough of in bflotp? viewer elimination voting." i put two and two together [it’s 5], and came to the decision of finding the best way to end things off. you all can review everything creamie and raclette have done for bflotp, come to a decision of your own, as i’m indecisive, and decide who the winner of bflotp will be.
i gave raclette an arbitrary score that was higher than creamie’s original score, knowing they would place lower no matter what.

creamie! as you did get a higher score, you get one last token: the rng decrees you will receive a token token! speaking of tokens, raclette, you have a round token, which is now unusable as the competition’s last submission period has passed. you having one unusable token to creamie’s two usable ones [a recycle token and a token token] is also a little unfair, and as this decision is a little out of the blue, i will swap it out for a random usable one, but random chance gave you a braynee token. haha, good luck…?
what they do:
braynee token: no effect. can be used at any time.
token token: awards one random token to all current contestants. can be used at any time.
and with that, it’s time to open voting! i switched out the vote to eliminate system of bflotp 3 and the hindrance voting to a vote to save system, essentially giving you the ability to vote on whether creamie or raclette should win bflotp! you’re supporting the contestant you vote for!
