So I’ve been with Hopscotch for almost ten whole years of my life. That’s a pretty long amount of time. With that said, I’m planning to do a live event to (1) celebrate my journey & Hopscotch, (2) let you guys get to know me a little better, and (3) have fun!

This event would probably take place on 11/24/24, on my official in-app 10-year anniversary. More details would be given as the event starts.

With that said, I have a few ideas of what I could do. What would you be interested in seeing?

  • A Kahoot!!
  • Live coding of some sort
  • Open Q&A (coding w/ HS, HS Tools/Modding/outside code, Working for THT)
  • Gameplay Requests
  • Play one of the leaders’ teambuilding games!
  • See an unfinished multiplayer game
  • Other (I will reply with an idea!)

AE, you’ve worked so hard since 2016 when we first met. You’ve always had so much potential, even early on! Seeing you delve deeper into Hopscotch’s inner workings year-by-year has been such an inspiring thing to see :D

ten years is a really momentous occasion, congratulations!! i can’t wait to see what’s in store for the 24th.

i can’t believe you’ve been here ten years. you’ve inspired and encouraged so many people. to this day, we can’t even thank you enough. i hope you’ve enjoyed your time here, and look forward to many years coming.
