Actual, working FPS meter in Hopscotch!



FPS isn't a set value, it's achieved from adding ones as fast as possible, slowing down when loads become more stressful on the CPU.


This is an update for anyone wanting to use this. There are some problems, and this reply should fix the meter. The update time should be 1000 and not 1005, and the 15 millisecond update is not needed. This should correct readings of 30 fps to 60 on light projects.
