Add more upgrades, lots of them.
Turn down the increase in price to, say 20%? After 5 upgrades it starts taking quite a while do even get a si for upgrade.
You’ll want the increase so be different for each upgrade. More powerful ones should scale upwards faster
A prestige system? To balance out the higher levels and make it a bit easier

Are grandmas supposed to only give 0.5 cps?

Suggestions for Upgrades
• Oven Upgrade — makes. 12 cookies (points) every minute.
• Clicker Upgrade — increases speed of point increase
• Double Dough — Enhances all upgrades in the shop by one.
• Sell — Trades cookie points for another type of currency (maybe can be called $)
All shop upgrades can be bought with $

New snapshot!
I put the upgrades in the middle of the shop area, because the cursor text goes past the line if it’s on the left after upgrading it a few times!
Also, the pointer now has the same price mechanic that the grandma update had in the earlier snapshot.
Oh, and the grandma increases your CpS by 2 instead of 0.5 now!

Why? It’s adding an extra step that’s not really needed and just slows down the game. Sure, it would make more sense in a gathering some games but I don’t think it’s necessary here.

@LittleNoobyBoi the cursor appears even if you buy a grandma first
And you need to round all percent calculations so you don’t get super long decimals later in the game.
