A few hours has gone by. He blinked for a moment, and woke up. But just then, he noticed that all of the Bananagulls have went to sleep. He didn't feel tired anymore, so he slowly walked too a trapdoor, trying to be as quiet as possible. He hesitated, since the noise of the trapdoor tunnel would disturb everybody. He looked around the large room, hoping to find a way to turn off the machine that let anyone quickly be pulled through the tunnel, to the other room. He then spotted a small lever nearby the trapdoor, and slowly pushed it. He opened up the trapdoor, and climbed into the tunnel. The tunnel led to many different directions, so he was definitely relieved to finally get to another room. He looked around the room, and saw a few books, tools and potions on shelves, with labels that said what they did. There were no two potions exactly the same, and there seemed to be a potion for anything, there was even one that said "It will make your breakfast meal explode" and another one that just said "Free As A Bird", and the liquid inside it looked like it was trying to escape the bottle. All of a sudden, the small lights seemed to be lighter, and Starr got worried and walked faster, but he still made sure not too make too much noise. He saw a sign that said "Ingredients", and past that sign, there were shelves full of many ingredients, and at the end of the room was a big, empty bowl. The lights turned off randomly, and everything was pitch black. Starr was very close to the end of the room, and he was confused, and was not sure where to go now. He smelled a strong scent again, and heard a soft voice, "We can't stop, but they still pulled through". Starr saw something at the end of the room, behind the bowl. He couldn't tell exactly what it was, but it looked like another living creature, and it did not look like a Bananagull. The creature slowly faded away, and the lights turned on, and it was light again. Starr thought that it was good if he left the room for now, so he carefully turned around and walked back to the trapdoor. "Starr? What are you doing here?" a voice said. It startled Starr, and a small, turquoise potion was knocked over, and it spilled all over Starr, and in a few moments, he turned into a giant frog. He croaked multiple times, but then he noticed a Bananagull was standing next to the trapdoor. "Sorry if I disturbed you, I have an antidote for what happened here" they said, and a gray potion was spilled onto Starr, and he transformed back into a hippo. "Is everybody else awake?" Starr asked, "Yes. But we also found out you weren't the only one who was in this room at this time, but we couldn't identify what it was. What did it look like to you?" The Bananagull said. "It looked like another creature, and it was completely black and hard to see" Starr replied. The Bananagull made the same worried face they made when "the thieves" were chasing them, "That's not good. Next time you encounter a species like that, try to tell us immediately" The Bananagull said. Starr nodded, walked around, and opened the powered trapdoor and slid to the resting area. Most of the Bananagulls were eating food, and next to the same place he slept, there was a big bowl of freshwater, and some grass and reeds. Starr wondered how they were able to get all of that, but then he thought again that if they could collect moonstone and store many different potion ingredients, they could do that. He chewed on the grass, and drank some water after that. He noticed that the Bananagulls all ate the same things a normal seagull would eat: fish and rodents. More of the Bananagulls stopped eating and flew over to the trapdoors. Soon, Starr finished eating and went into the trapdoor tunnel that would lead him to the research room. But when he was halfway through the tunnel, both trapdoors at the ends of the tunnel were shut, and Starr felt the entire tunnel turn slowly to the right. In a few moments, the tunnel stopped moving. The trapdoors opened up, and Starr slipped out of the tunnel, and he nearly landed onto a tray. He realized that he was in the incorrect room, and it was probably because of how the tunnel moved. The room was full of what you would see in a kitchen: Refrigerators, Ovens, Ingredients, and more. There was a lot of Bananagulls cooking different kinds of meat, but he also noticed a bowl full of growing grass at a corner of the room, with a wire in the dirt that is labeled "Sunpower". "What are y- Oh right, the tunnels moved. That happened because a lot of us had to get here" one of the Bananagulls explained to Starr. "Then how do I get to the research room?" Starr asked, "When the tunnel moved, it switched into the position where anyone in the research room could be able to get to the kitchen, and the other way around. So go ahead!" The Bananagull answered. Starr walked back to the trapdoor, opened it, and went into the tunnel.
